WILMINGTON- Authorities say a New Jersey man is in critical condition following a fight that began with an argument over a seat at a casino blackjack table.
Delaware State Police say the 48-year-old resident of Sewell got into a fight with another man at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday at the Delaware Park Casino.
The victim and Edwin Mitchell, of
Police say Mitchell then struck the victim another four times, causing him to fall and strike his head on a sidewalk.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
Mitchell has been arrested and charged with assault.
