Pennsylvania State Police arrested an intoxicated Hummelstown man at Hollywood Casino early this morning after he refused to take a cab home and told police arrest him, according to a news release.
Joshua Quentin Sanders, 27, was asked to leave the casino, located at Penn National Race Course in
Sanders initially agreed to take a cab home, but then refused to pay for the cab, instead saying the casino should pay the fare, or he would drive himself home, police said.
Police explained to Sanders he was too intoxicated to drive.
"He then refused to pay for the cab and insisted on being arrested," police said.
Sanders was charged with disorderly conduct and released to his parents, police said.
