ERIE, Pa. (AP) - The Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority has postponed discussion of a lawsuit filed by a public television and radio company that wants a share of public money generated by an area casino.

Public Broadcasting of Northwest Pennsylvania Inc. does business as WQLN Public Media. That

business last month sued the gaming authority because the media company wants to be classified as a "dedicated regional asset." By law, regional assets including arts and cultural attractions are entitled to a dedicated share of revenue from Presque Isle Downs & Casino.

The Erie Times-News reports the authority was expected to discuss the lawsuit Thursday in executive session, but couldn't do that because its attorney was busy and couldn't attend the meeting.

The authority next meets Feb. 10.
