A woman who survived the horrific Bronx bus crash that left 15 people dead has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the driver and the bus operator.

Lo's lawsuit for negligence and punitive damages is the first civil legal action connected to the catastrophic crash -- but it almost certainly will not be the last.
The lawyer for the Manhattan woman, who was discharged today from St. Barnabas Hospital, blasted Williams and World Wide Tours, the bus operator.
"She's of the belief that he was driving erratically in a manner that would lead her to believe that he was dozing off," Lo's lawyer, Andrew Finkelstein of Jacoby & Meyers, told The Post.
"The crash that was allowed to happen by this corporation that didn't properly supervise its workers resulted not only in death but also in horrific injuries, including those caused to my client, who sustained a fractured skull, resultant traumatic brain injuries, significant scarring, and multiple fractures," said Finkelstein.
When asked if Lo remembered the events leading up to the accident and its aftermath, Finkelstein replied, "Absolutely, She not only recalls it, she's been having nightmares every night."
Although Lo's suit does not name a specific dollar amount she is seeking, her lawyer said they would be asking for $20 million.
Williams, who has prior convictions for manslaughter and grand larceny, had his commercial driver's license suspended last week for allegedly using aliases when applying for that license.
