The interior of the Sands Hotel is a blend of contemporary and classic design styles. It will feature 300 rooms, including 16 executive suites and six presidential suites. The rooms will be equipped with modern amenities such as wireless Internet, media hubs and high-definition
The hotel will feature In-Room Dining from Emeril’s Kitchen which is an exclusive private dining serving offerings from Emeril's Chop House, Burgers and more. Emeril’s Italian Table will also open in 2011.
The hotel will feature more than 5,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space. There will also be a 3,000 square feet of pre-function and exhibit spaces for events and corporate meetings.
Future development includes plans for a 200,000-square-foot shopping complex and nearly 50,000 square feet of flexible multi-purpose space.
