Hard Rock International is announcing a deal today to pursue development of a Western Massachusetts casino at the Eastern States Exposition fairgrounds in West Springfield, home of The Big E agricultural fair. The deal between Hard Rock and the Exposition is being announced at a red carpet event at the fairgrounds, featuring a rock performance.
