With one arrested, Baltimore police still seeking suspect in casino garage shooting

Baltimore police have released video and are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a double-shooting that occurred last weekend at the Horseshoe Casino parking garage.

Police previously announced one arrest in the shooting, which injured two 21-year-old men. Roosevelt Oneal, 26, was arrested Thursday, police said, and was charged with attempted first-degree murder. Oneal didn't have an attorney listed in online court records.

A police spokesman on Saturday said Oneal was the suspected driver in the shooting, which was captured in surveillance video in the casino garage. Police are still trying to identify and locate the suspected shooter.

The shooting occurred at about 1:19 a.m. on Jan. 29 on the casino's fourth floor level parking garage in the 1500 block of Russell Street. Officers found one victim who had been shot in the hand and one who had been shot in the foot. Both were taken to local hospitals. The victims told detectives that the shooting occurred as the result of an earlier verbal dispute.

Anyone with information may contact Citywide Shooting detectives, at 410-396-2221 or Metro Crime Stoppers tip line, at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
