BRIDGEPORT, NY -  Point Place Casino, the Oneida Nation's new casino scheduled to open this spring in Bridgeport, will hold a job fair Tuesday to hire more than 200 workers.

The job fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 7915 Route 298 in Bridgeport. It is located in Madison County just over the Onondaga County-Madison County line near Cicero.

The jobs are both full-time and part-time positions. There are job openings on the gaming floor, in food and beverage, guest services, security and facilities and maintenance.

Positions open also include management jobs, including supervisors in food and beverage and guest services.

Open positions include lead cooks and cooks, food and beverage attendants, bartenders, servers, security Officers, dealers, slot service  representatives, cage cashiers, coat check, guest services representatives, porters, maintenance technicians, and more.

Registration or applications can be filled out online. Walk-ins also can apply.

Point Place Casino will be a smoke-free, 65,000-square-foot facility, with nearly 500  slot machines and 20 table games; a variety of bars and restaurants.

The casino will be located on Route 31, near the corner of Bridgeport-Kirkville Road, just a few hundred feet from the Cicero town line.
