DOWNTOWN—Diners can now nosh on one of seven Italian bowls for $12 apiece at Bibiana’s recently renovated 12-seat bar. Executive chef Loris Navone’s new prix fixe option includes a soft drink, ice tea or featured glass of Italian wine for $5 more, or eaters can opt for coffee, espresso or seasonal sorbet flavor of the day for $3 extra (excluding tax and gratuity).

DUPONT CIRCLE—José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen just got a pretty prestigious stamp as one of Fast Company’s 10 Most Innovative Companies (MIC) in the world. The annual ranking recognizes 350 enterprises across 36 categories, including food, artificial intelligence, and wellness.

HANOVER—Orchid Gaming & Smoking Patio, the latest piece of the new Live! Casino & Hotel, will be Maryland’s first outdoor casino area when it debuts in mid-April. Along with barrel-aged cocktails and curated cigars, the nature-inspired space has an extra (permitted) perk of letting players move between slots and table games without carrying chips to the main cage.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS—Homegrown sandwich chain Taylor Gourmet teamed up with James Beard Award semifinalist Chiko to concoct The Kimcheesy, available for $9.99 at all Taylor locations through Friday, March 9. Proceeds will benefit Chance for Life, the starring beneficiary of next month’s Chef’s Tasting Experience at MGM National Harbor co-chaired by Taylor founder Casey Patten.

The Kimcheesy includes kimchi marinated chicken, white American cheese, kimchi de gallo, furikake, DK fire sauce, herbs and crispy onion on a seeded roll.Taylor Gourmet [official photo]
