Report finds underage people accessed gaming floor at Rivers Casino

A new finding from the State Gaming Commission found underage people were able to access the gaming floor at Rivers Casino.

Our media partner, the Daily Gazette, reports the findings and that the casino is contesting them.

The commission report found that in April of 2017, an underage player -- under 21 years of age -- was able to place a bet, and in three other instances, underage people gained access to the floor.

The violations could cost the casino $25,000 in fines, according to the Gazette.
